Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing clients.
- Update and maintain the company website with fresh content, listings, and agent profiles.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with real estate agents to develop personalized marketing strategies for their listings and personal branding.
- Coordinate and assist with company events, open houses, and community outreach initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new marketing opportunities.
- Manage and organize marketing assets, including photography, videography, and design templates.
- Support public relations efforts and maintain relationships with local media outlets.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management and content creation.
- Proficiency with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
