Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability assessments.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, economic indicators, and competitor performance to provide strategic insights.
- Support the evaluation of new business initiatives, investment opportunities, and M&A activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, refine assumptions, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Monitor financial performance against plans and benchmarks, identifying areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
- Participate in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and compelling manner.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and corporate finance concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hebrew
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with financial software and data analysis tools
Preferred Qualifications
