Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability assessments.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, economic indicators, and competitor performance to provide strategic insights.
  • Support the evaluation of new business initiatives, investment opportunities, and M&A activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, refine assumptions, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Monitor financial performance against plans and benchmarks, identifying areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Participate in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and compelling manner.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and corporate finance concepts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hebrew
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with financial software and data analysis tools
