Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional pedicure services, including classic, spa, and specialized treatments, ensuring high-quality results.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs, discuss preferences, and identify any contraindications.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sterilization for all tools, equipment, and workstations, adhering strictly to salon and health regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable experience for all clients.
- Educate clients on proper foot care techniques, product recommendations, and post-service care.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling transactions accurately.
- Actively promote and sell retail foot care products to complement services and enhance client home routines.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the pedicure industry through continuous learning and training.
- Collaborate with other salon team members to maintain a cohesive and supportive work environment.
- Ensure salon cleanliness and organization, especially in the pedicure area, at all times.
- Address client concerns and feedback professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in performing a range of pedicure techniques, including filing, cuticle care, callus removal, massage, and polish application.
- Strong understanding and strict adherence to hygiene and sterilization protocols.
