Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and refine robust financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning.
- Prepare comprehensive and accurate financial reports, detailed variance analysis, and performance dashboards for management review.
- Analyze complex financial data, identify key trends, and provide actionable insights to support critical strategic business decisions.
- Actively assist in the annual budgeting process and participate in quarterly reforecasting cycles.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, presenting findings clearly and concisely to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with various departmental leaders to understand their financial needs and provide tailored support for financial planning and analysis.
- Support the preparation of impactful presentations for executive leadership and board meetings.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required, demonstrating adaptability and intellectual curiosity.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal financial policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of financial integrity.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Finance Analyst or in a similar financial role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and advanced formulas).
- Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and comprehensive financial statements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as a valued member of a team.
