Key Responsibilities
- Promote and onboard customers onto Sterling Bank's various digital banking platforms, including mobile app, internet banking, USSD, and other e-channels.
- Provide comprehensive support and training to customers on how to effectively use digital banking products, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving customer inquiries and technical issues related to digital banking services.
- Gather customer feedback on digital product usability and functionality, relaying insights to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
- Identify customer needs and cross-sell appropriate digital products and services to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct periodic outreach and sensitization programs to increase awareness and adoption of digital banking solutions.
- Monitor digital banking usage trends and contribute to strategies for improving digital penetration and customer retention.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines in all digital banking operations.
