Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with an overview of spa services and facilities.
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after each service, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and appropriately stocked with fresh linens, products, and equipment.
- Assist spa therapists with setting up and cleaning treatment areas, ensuring all necessary supplies are readily available.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and hygienic standards of the spa area, including locker rooms, reception, and relaxation areas.
- Manage spa linen, including collecting used towels and robes, and restocking with fresh ones.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of spa products, amenities, and supplies, reporting needs to management.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing booking systems when required.
- Ensure guests are comfortable and have a positive experience throughout their spa visit.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within hospitality or a luxury environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform light lifting throughout shifts.

Preferred Qualifications
