As an HR Officer – Team Support, you will be the backbone of our HR operations, handling a diverse range of administrative and support tasks that underpin our commitment to a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS) and personnel files, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist with the coordination of employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation, and processing separation documents.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR matters, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Support recruitment activities such as posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and answering basic benefit-related questions.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics as required, supporting strategic HR initiatives.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and enhancing employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Support various HR functions with data entry, file management, and clerical tasks.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR administrative or support role.
  • Strong understanding of basic HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
