Salt Factory Pub in Downtown Alpharetta is seeking an enthusiastic Restaurant Assistant to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating as needed, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Support servers by refilling beverages, delivering bread, clearing plates, and running food efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, floors, and server stations.
- Reset tables promptly and accurately according to restaurant standards, preparing for the next guests.
- Assist bartenders with stocking and preparing garnishes or other duties as required.
- Ensure adequate supplies of clean silverware, glassware, and plateware are available for service.
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and a helpful attitude.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down dining areas.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Support a positive and collaborative team environment.
