Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Reception Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel reception, ensuring exceptional guest service, managing staff, and maintaining efficient administrative processes. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the hotel reception.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the reception team.
- Manage reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, and guest accounts.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Enforce hotel policies and procedures.
- Manage cash handling and reconciliation procedures.

- Experience with managing a team of 5 or more individuals
