Key Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverage items to customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
- Operate cash register and process payments accurately, providing correct change and receipts.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the serving area, dining space, and back-of-house.
- Restock serving lines, condiment stations, and supply areas as needed throughout shifts.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
- Monitor food temperatures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Interact positively with customers, answering questions about menu items and catering to special requests.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Set up and dismantle serving stations, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
Required Skills
