Key Responsibilities
- Manually load and unload freight, packages, and materials onto and from trailers, containers, and conveyor belts.
- Sort and stage freight according to destination or other specified criteria.
- Scan and document incoming and outgoing shipments using handheld scanners and inventory systems.
- Verify product counts and quality, reporting any discrepancies or damage.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks (manual and electric) safely and efficiently (training provided).
- Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and transportation regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
