Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on Truist products and services via phone and digital channels.
- Actively listen to client needs to identify opportunities for personalized solutions and offer appropriate banking products or services.
- Process transactions, assist with account management, and guide clients through digital banking features.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including security and compliance protocols.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
- Champion a client-first approach, striving for first-call resolution and exceptional service delivery.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or financial services environment.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency with computers and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
