Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input a high volume of alphanumeric data from various source documents into designated computer systems and databases.
  • Verify data for errors and inconsistencies, correcting or escalating discrepancies as needed to maintain data integrity.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information and adhere to data security protocols.
  • Organize and file documents (both physical and digital) for easy retrieval and auditing purposes.
  • Perform regular data backups to ensure data recovery in case of system failure.
  • Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned by the team lead or manager.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet deadlines.
  • Generate reports and summaries based on entered data as required by supervisors.

Required Skills

  • Proven data entry experience with a focus on speed and accuracy (minimum 60 WPM).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing error-free work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a financial services or banking environment.
