Key Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Manage and maintain accurate physical and electronic records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating resources for department staff.
- Draft, proofread, and format various documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, directing inquiries appropriately.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Provide support for special projects and departmental initiatives as assigned.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative or clerical experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
