Key Responsibilities
- Participate in comprehensive training programs to understand TE Connectivity's recruitment processes, tools, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial job requisition review to offer extension, under the guidance of senior recruiters.
- Assist in crafting engaging job descriptions and posting them on various job boards and professional platforms.
- Actively source and identify potential candidates using diverse sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, career sites, and networking.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules, manage candidate communication, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand specific talent needs and provide recruitment updates.
Required Skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of motivation, proactivity, and a strong willingness to learn.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Prior exposure to an office environment or customer service role.
- Proficiency in German or any other major European language.
- Familiarity with Hebrew is a strong asset, given the global nature of our talent pools.
- Basic understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM software.
