Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee and manage a comprehensive talent acquisition process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring the attraction of top-tier consulting talent.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations where necessary.
  • Implement and administer robust performance management systems, including goal setting, reviews, and professional development plans.
  • Design and update compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Lead organizational design and development initiatives, supporting change management efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance and consultation to leadership on all HR-related matters.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, recommend solutions, and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or executive capacity.
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compensation & benefits.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and Georgia state employment laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or MBA.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
  • Experience working in a consulting firm or professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with organizational development and change management.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing innovative HR programs.
