Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee customer service, ensuring all guests receive an exceptional and memorable dining experience.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking, to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and safety standards to comply with health regulations and brand guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and effectively.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.
- Assist in scheduling staff and managing labor costs to optimize operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure cleanliness, organization, and equipment functionality.
