We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our Accounting Unit in Buckhead, Atlanta. Key Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner, including invoice entry, payment processing, and reconciliation.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
  • Maintain organized and comprehensive financial records, ensuring all documentation adheres to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare various financial reports, summaries, and analyses as required by management for decision-making purposes.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Support the finance team with general administrative tasks, data entry, filing, and ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and assist in internal and external audit preparations.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or accounting support role, preferably within a financial setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas).
  • Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
