Job Description

Vodacom Congo is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our territory operations in Bunia, Ituri Province. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Bunia territory.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing ongoing coaching, performance management, and professional development.
  • Identify new business opportunities, expand market share, and cultivate strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to understand local trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales, and report on sales performance to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards across all sales operations.
  • Oversee the effective deployment and management of Vodacom products and services within the territory.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide feedback from the field and contribute to product innovation.
