Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using modern frontend technologies, primarily React.
- Collaborate closely with senior developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to translate design mockups and wireframes into high-quality, performant code.
- Actively participate in code reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Continuously learn and apply new technologies, tools, and best practices in frontend development through mentorship and self-study.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software components to enhance user experience and system reliability.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, contributing to the solution-finding process.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across various devices and browsers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes, tools, and documentation.
Required Skills
- Foundational knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Familiarity with at least one modern JavaScript framework/library, particularly React.
- Basic understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong eagerness to learn, a proactive attitude, and excellent problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
