Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Analyst to join our Clerical Division in Rome, Georgia. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing administrative workflows, procedures, and systems within the clerical division.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for process improvement, developing actionable recommendations.
- Design, develop, and implement new or revised clerical procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Generate and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports using various data sources, providing insights into operational performance and trends.
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of administrative data within various systems and databases.
- Provide training and ongoing support to clerical staff on new procedures, software applications, and best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with inter-departmental teams to ensure seamless information flow and coordinated administrative efforts.
- Assist in the tracking of budgets, resource allocation, and inventory management for the clerical division.
- Ensure all administrative operations comply with relevant healthcare regulations, privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA), and internal policies.
- Participate in special projects aimed at enhancing overall organizational efficiency and administrative effectiveness.
Required Skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience in data collection, organization, and interpretation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or a related field.
