Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon their arrival and seat them in the dining area.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer recommendations with enthusiasm.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring all dietary restrictions and special requests are noted.
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food to tables.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously, checking back with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any dining issues promptly and professionally.
- Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Clear and reset tables promptly, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down dining sections.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, hosts, and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, customer-focused attitude at all times.

- Food handler's permit or certification (or ability to obtain one).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
