EquityBCDC is seeking a highly organized and discreet CEO Assistant to support our regional executive office in Mwene-Ditu, Lomami Province. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CEO's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and extensive travel arrangements, both domestic and international.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents for the CEO, ensuring accuracy and professional presentation.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and special events, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and taking comprehensive minutes.
- Act as the primary point of contact and liaison for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO, managing inquiries and communications efficiently.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism, adhering to all company policies.
- Conduct thorough research, compile data, and prepare insightful reports or summaries as needed to support executive decision-making.
- Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by the CEO, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach.
- Manage office supplies, expenses, and maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming executive office environment.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as an Executive Assistant, CEO Assistant, or similar high-level administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French; proficiency in Lingala or Swahili is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated high level of discretion, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a capacity for critical thinking.
- Professional demeanor and outstanding interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Prior experience working within the banking or financial services industry.
