Key Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in all training sessions and practical demonstrations.
  • Learn and apply various welding techniques under supervision (SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW).
  • Assist experienced welders and fabricators with their daily tasks.
  • Read and interpret basic blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
  • Operate and maintain welding equipment, grinders, and other tools safely.
  • Measure and cut metal materials accurately to specifications.
  • Prepare metal surfaces for welding by cleaning, grinding, and fitting.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures diligently.
  • Perform general shop duties and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Show eagerness to learn and ask questions to deepen understanding.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
