These skills will be applied across a broad spectrum of construction and fabrication projects, ranging from intricate architectural elements to robust structural components.

Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in all training sessions and practical demonstrations.
- Learn and apply various welding techniques under supervision (SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW).
- Assist experienced welders and fabricators with their daily tasks.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Operate and maintain welding equipment, grinders, and other tools safely.
- Measure and cut metal materials accurately to specifications.
- Prepare metal surfaces for welding by cleaning, grinding, and fitting.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures diligently.
- Perform general shop duties and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Show eagerness to learn and ask questions to deepen understanding.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
