Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the safe and efficient loading, unloading, and movement of pallets using manual and electric pallet jacks.
  • Ensure pallets are properly stacked, wrapped, and secured according to established safety guidelines and company standards.
  • Accurately verify incoming and outgoing pallet counts and promptly report any discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Collaborate with warehouse team members to organize and maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
  • Perform general warehouse duties as assigned, including sorting, staging, and preparing products for various stages of the supply chain.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the consistent use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Operate all assigned equipment in a safe and efficient manner after receiving proper training and certification.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, team leads, and fellow team members regarding inventory status, workflow, and potential issues.
  • Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, fostering mutual respect and support among colleagues.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork.
  • Demonstrated reliability and punctuality are essential for maintaining operational flow.

  • Basic computer literacy for interacting with scanning or inventory management systems.
