Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the safe and efficient loading, unloading, and movement of pallets using manual and electric pallet jacks.
- Ensure pallets are properly stacked, wrapped, and secured according to established safety guidelines and company standards.
- Accurately verify incoming and outgoing pallet counts and promptly report any discrepancies to supervisors.
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to organize and maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned, including sorting, staging, and preparing products for various stages of the supply chain.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the consistent use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Operate all assigned equipment in a safe and efficient manner after receiving proper training and certification.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, team leads, and fellow team members regarding inventory status, workflow, and potential issues.
- Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, fostering mutual respect and support among colleagues.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly throughout the shift.
