Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas, to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and guest amenities.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly to management.
- Maintain an organized and stocked housekeeping cart.
- Handle guest requests efficiently and courteously.
- Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures.
- Properly handle and dispose of waste and recycling.
- Monitor and control supplies and amenities, ensuring par levels are maintained.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
