Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and other financial documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations, ensuring all discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
- Manage general ledger entries, journal entries, and month-end close processes according to established timelines.
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations to auditors.
- Monitor financial transactions and data for accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering data, preparing reports, and assisting with analysis.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information exchange and support cross-functional projects.
- Identify and recommend improvements to accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and internal controls.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, advanced formulas).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
