Key Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various internal and external sources using SQL and other relevant tools.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis on large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business objectives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to present key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytical findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Product Development) to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Proactively identify data quality issues and work to resolve them, ensuring accuracy and integrity of reports.
- Perform A/B testing analysis and provide recommendations based on results to optimize campaigns and product features.
- Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders through presentations and written reports.
- Automate reporting processes and develop efficient data extraction methods.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis methodologies and tools within the company.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Demonstrable experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Microsoft Power BI).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, macros).
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
