Are you a highly creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a passion for the luxury hospitality industry? Sandals Ochi Beach Resort is seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic marketing team in Ocho Rios, Saint Ann. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies and campaigns across all relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and direct bookings.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Instagram, ensuring maximum ROI and adherence to budget.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video) that aligns with Sandals Ochi's brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights), providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, events, and resort operations, to ensure consistent messaging and promotion of resort features, events, and special offers.
- Manage online reputation by monitoring reviews and comments on social media and travel platforms, responding appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the resort's website.
- Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive direct bookings.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing with a strong focus on social media and online advertising.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with social media management tools and advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
- Proficiency in content creation, including excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working within the hospitality or tourism industry.

- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Facebook Blueprint.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
