Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter with a strong focus on Hiring Management to join our team in Kikwit, Kwilu Province. In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to support Orange RDC’s ambitious growth and operational needs within the region. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from understanding departmental staffing requirements and crafting compelling job descriptions to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, facilitating selection processes, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. This position requires someone who is not only adept at traditional recruitment methods but also innovative in utilizing digital platforms and local networks to reach a diverse pool of qualified applicants. You will act as a brand ambassador for Orange RDC, ensuring a positive candidate experience and reinforcing our employer brand. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all assigned roles, from requisition creation to offer acceptance and initial onboarding support.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, utilizing job boards, social media, professional networks, and local initiatives.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, including resume reviews, initial phone interviews, and coordination of subsequent interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Orange RDC policies, local labor laws, and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as needed.
- Actively participate in employer branding initiatives and represent Orange RDC at local career fairs or community events.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely communication and constructive feedback.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, specifically in hiring management.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and recruitment regulations in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
- Experience recruiting in the telecommunications industry.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and a local language (e.g., Lingala, Kikongo) highly advantageous.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI-PHR) is a plus.
