Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and greet guests upon their arrival at various event locations, creating a positive first impression.
- Efficiently direct guests to their assigned seats, designated areas, registration points, or essential facilities with courtesy and clarity.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding event schedules, facility locations, and general queries to enhance guest experience.
- Manage queues and crowd flow effectively and safely, ensuring a smooth and orderly movement of guests throughout the venue.
- Distribute event materials such as programs, flyers, gift bags, or promotional items as required by event organizers.
- Assist guests with special needs, including those requiring disabled access, navigating the venue, or locating lost items.
- Maintain a consistently professional appearance and demeanor at all times, acting as a positive ambassador for The Ushering Company.
- Report any incidents, security concerns, technical issues, or emergencies to the event supervisor or relevant staff promptly.
- Collaborate effectively and harmoniously with other event staff, security personnel, vendors, and client representatives.
- Be proactive in identifying and resolving minor issues or guest concerns to enhance overall guest satisfaction and event success.
