As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be the face of our brand, playing a crucial role in ensuring every customer has a positive shopping experience. Your day will be dynamic and varied, involving everything from warmly greeting customers and assisting them on the shop floor to efficiently managing checkout transactions and ensuring our store looks its best. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent, friendly service at all times.
- Operate the till efficiently, handling cash and card transactions accurately.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, helping them find items and offering recommendations.
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked, tidy, and products are clearly priced.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and merchandising.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and promoting special offers.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Process deliveries and assist with stock rotation as required.
