Perfect Home Services, LLC is actively seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Time Housekeepers to join our growing team in the beautiful Crystal Beach, Palm Harbor area. Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming to ensure all rooms are clean and tidy.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including showers, tubs, toilets, countertops, and floors.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including sinks, countertops, appliances, and floors.
- Make beds and change linens as required, ensuring a neat and presentable appearance.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport waste to disposal areas.
- Restock room supplies such as toiletries, paper products, and cleaning amenities.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Adhere to all safety standards and company policies regarding the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with clients or other team members.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects or specialized cleaning tasks as needed.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a housekeeper or in a similar cleaning role.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard for cleanliness.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including standing, bending, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and carrying for extended periods.
- Knowledge of various cleaning techniques and products.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Florida Driver's License and reliable transportation (as travel between client sites may be required).
- Experience with commercial or residential cleaning equipment.
- Familiarity with safety data sheets (SDS) for cleaning chemicals.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
