Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong client base through networking, referrals, and active lead generation.
  • Conduct thorough market research and property valuations to provide accurate pricing and investment advice.
  • Schedule and conduct property showings, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective buyers.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for clients.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, closing statements, deeds, etc.) for real estate transactions.
  • Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring fair and honest dealings.
  • Stay current with local real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related client-facing role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
