Job Description
We are actively seeking a dedicated and meticulous Cleaner with reliable day shift availability to join one of our dynamic franchise teams serving the Whisper Walk community and surrounding areas in Boca Raton, FL. This full-time position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, possess a keen eye for detail, and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. As a Cleaner, you will be an essential part of ensuring our client’s facilities are spotless, sanitized, and presentable, directly contributing to a healthier and more inviting environment for their employees and visitors. Your daily tasks will involve a comprehensive range of cleaning activities, utilizing professional-grade equipment and eco-friendly cleaning solutions in accordance with established safety protocols and brand standards. Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal in various commercial settings.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to the highest hygiene standards.
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap as needed.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners safely and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate needs to supervisors.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed during shifts.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner according to established schedules and client specifications.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to various client sites within Boca Raton.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures diligently.
- Must have day shift availability, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend flexibility.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience with various cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and proper handling of hazardous materials.
