Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales and design consultants to achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from greeting to post-sale follow-up.
- Implement and maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring the showroom is always attractive, clean, and reflective of SIKO’s brand image.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability, identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate ongoing training for your team.
- Manage inventory, ensure accurate stock levels, and coordinate with the supply chain for timely product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports, analyze performance data, and report key metrics to regional management.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
Required Skills
- Proven leadership potential or experience in a supervisory role (1+ year preferred)
- Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Czech and English
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving common goals
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite)
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or a showroom environment
- Interest in interior design, home furnishings, or construction materials
- Experience with CRM software or sales management tools
