Job Description

Are you passionate about design, sales, and leading a team to success? SIKO Koupelny & Kuchyně is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Showroom Manager to lead our vibrant Prague showroom. You will oversee daily operations, optimize sales strategies, and maintain the showroom’s visual appeal to reflect SIKO’s brand excellence. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales and design consultants to achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from greeting to post-sale follow-up.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring the showroom is always attractive, clean, and reflective of SIKO’s brand image.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability, identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate ongoing training for your team.
  • Manage inventory, ensure accurate stock levels, and coordinate with the supply chain for timely product availability.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, analyze performance data, and report key metrics to regional management.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.

Required Skills

  • Proven leadership potential or experience in a supervisory role (1+ year preferred)
  • Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Czech and English
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving common goals
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in retail, sales, or a showroom environment
  • Interest in interior design, home furnishings, or construction materials
  • Experience with CRM software or sales management tools
