Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality control procedures and standards.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks and inspections on products, components, and processes at various stages.
  • Accurately document test results, inspection findings, and non-conformities, initiating corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with production, design, and supply chain teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by participating in problem-solving activities and process optimization efforts.
  • Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with relevant quality management systems and regulations.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or equivalent technical field).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of fundamental quality principles and concepts.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective international communication.
