Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily coordination and scheduling of fleet vehicles and drivers to meet operational requirements.
- Learn to monitor vehicle movements and driver performance, ensuring adherence to routes and schedules.
- Support the tracking and documentation of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and service records.
- Help ensure all fleet operations comply with company policies, safety regulations, and local traffic laws.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, operations staff, and maintenance teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory of fleet assets and related equipment.
- Participate in training programs and continuous learning initiatives to develop expertise in fleet management.
- Prepare basic reports on fleet status, fuel consumption, and operational metrics under supervision.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Valid Kuwaiti driving license (or ability to obtain one quickly).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong problem-solving abilities.
