Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of diverse clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted financial advisor.
- Proactively identify and assess client financial needs, offering appropriate PNC Bank products and services (e.g., deposits, loans, investments, wealth management).
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication, financial reviews, and problem resolution.
- Collaborate effectively with internal partners (e.g., lending specialists, wealth advisors, business bankers) to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
- Drive client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service, anticipating needs, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the existing client base and through referrals.
