Job Description
The Coral Ridge Yacht Club is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Restaurant Attendant to join our esteemed Hospitality Hall team. As a vital member of our food and beverage service, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our cherished members and their guests. Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests warmly upon their arrival and assist with seating as needed.
- Set up dining areas, including arranging tables, chairs, silverware, glassware, and condiments according to club standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining hall, service stations, and surrounding areas before, during, and after service.
- Assist servers with running food and beverages to tables efficiently and accurately.
- Refill water glasses, clear used dishes, and reset tables promptly between courses and after guests depart.
- Ensure proper stocking of all necessary supplies, including linens, dishes, and glassware.
- Respond promptly and courteously to member requests and inquiries, escalating complex issues to management.
- Support the service team in executing special events and private functions within the Hospitality Hall.
- Adhere to all club policies, sanitation standards, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, bartenders, and management to ensure seamless operations.
