Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior graphic designers with daily design tasks, including layout adjustments, image manipulation, and asset preparation for various media.
- Prepare design files for print and digital production, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Organize, tag, and maintain the digital asset library, including logos, images, fonts, and project files, to ensure efficiency and version control.
- Support the creative team in developing presentations, mood boards, mock-ups, and other visual communication materials.
- Perform basic design research and gather visual inspiration for ongoing client projects and internal initiatives.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative input on design concepts and campaign strategies.
- Ensure all creative outputs meet project deadlines and align with client objectives and agency standards.
- Collaborate effectively with copywriters, marketing strategists, and other team members to deliver integrated creative solutions.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new design software, tools, and industry best practices.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to design workflow, such as file archiving and documentation.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong foundational understanding of graphic design principles, typography, and color theory
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and take constructive feedback
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design work or academic projects

Preferred Qualifications
