Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a structured mentorship program, learning from experienced Project Managers and Site Supervisors.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget.
- Support site management activities, including supervising subcontractors and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Learn to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and project plans.
- Assist in conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure work quality.
- Contribute to problem-solving and decision-making processes on-site.
- Facilitate effective communication between various project stakeholders, including engineers, architects, clients, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records.
