Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful integration with Stax services.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Tech Support, Risk) to resolve complex customer issues and escalate as necessary.
- Monitor operational queues and ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Identify and document recurring customer issues and contribute to the development of FAQs and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Support ad-hoc operational projects and administrative tasks as needed.
