Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with journey planning and resolve inquiries or minor complaints efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
  • Reconcile daily sales and prepare reports at the end of your shift, ensuring accuracy and accountability.

Required Skills
