Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Present menus, inform guests of daily specials, and answer questions about food and beverage items.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or requests.
- Handle guest payments accurately and efficiently, processing cash, credit, and debit transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and server stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Participate in opening and closing duties as assigned.
