Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome clients and visitors as they arrive at the office, directing them appropriately.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and packages.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email to clients.
  • Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for key personnel.
  • Perform various administrative and clerical support tasks, such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.
  • Handle client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
  • Report any office equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the relevant personnel.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
