Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a comprehensive training program covering quality control methodologies, production processes, and company standards.
- Assist in conducting regular inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Learn to identify, document, and report non-conformances and potential quality issues.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001.
- Collaborate with production teams to understand manufacturing processes and identify critical control points.
- Collect and analyze quality data, preparing basic reports and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Help develop and refine quality control procedures and work instructions.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and provide feedback.
- Contribute to root cause analysis of quality defects and assist in developing corrective and preventive actions.
- Stay updated on industry quality standards and best practices through ongoing learning.
