Key Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in comprehensive training sessions on nutrition principles, program management, and community engagement strategies.
  • Assist in the planning, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of nutrition-focused programs and interventions within target communities.
  • Conduct nutritional assessments and screenings under supervision, accurately collecting data on dietary habits and health indicators.
  • Deliver engaging and informative nutrition education workshops and awareness campaigns to diverse groups and age ranges.
  • Provide basic one-on-one nutrition counseling and guidance to individuals and families, as appropriate and under mentorship.
  • Collaborate effectively with local community leaders, volunteers, and partner organizations to ensure broad program reach and effectiveness.
  • Support the development of educational materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content related to healthy nutrition.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of program activities, participant data, and outcomes for reporting purposes.
  • Contribute to regular program reports, highlighting achievements, identifying challenges, and suggesting recommendations for improvement.
  • Advocate for improved nutritional practices and policies at the community level through informed dialogue and engagement.
