Key Responsibilities
- Undergo comprehensive training to learn all aspects of barista duties and store operations.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, adhering to Tim Hortons' quality standards.
- Provide friendly, fast, and efficient customer service, taking orders accurately and processing payments.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash and credit transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including coffee machines, service counters, and dining areas.
- Assist with food preparation and serving baked goods and other menu items.
- Replenish inventory and supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food handling regulations.
