Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Banquet Server to join our team at Southern Sun Ikoyi. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during banquets, conferences, and other special events. This role requires a professional demeanor, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities
- Providing efficient and courteous service to banquet guests.
- Setting up and maintaining banquet tables and service areas.
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of banquet areas.
- Handling guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Working effectively with other banquet staff to ensure smooth service.
- Adhering to all hotel policies and procedures.
- Maintaining a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance.
- Assisting with the preparation and cleanup of banquet areas.
